Shipping policy

At AnticShow, we process all our shipments from Spain to ensure fast and secure delivery. Below, we detail our process and rates.

1. Order Preparation

All orders are managed and prepared within a maximum of 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the moment the purchase is confirmed.

2. 24/7 Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. With this code, you will be able to check the location and status of your package at all times through the transport company's website.

We work with major carriers: Correos España, Correos Express, Seur, MRW, and UPS. The specific agency will be assigned based on the destination and service.

3. Shipping Zones, Times, and Costs

The delivery times indicated below are estimates and begin after the 48-hour preparation period.

Note on costs: The prices shown ("From...") are the base rate. The final and exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order.

4. Important Notice on Customs and Taxes

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Although we process shipments quickly, these territories are subject to customs procedures. Any potential customs charges, tariffs, and local taxes (such as IGIC or IPSI) are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These additional charges must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

For shipments to Portugal and the Rest of Europe: Similarly, orders may be subject to customs delays or import duties, especially in countries outside the European Union.

AnticShow is not responsible for these additional costs or for potential delays caused by customs processing.
